I read some reiviewers state "this is the best probiotic", how can you tell that it is actually effective?

Please read my review just posted. I have been on antacids and protonic for years. I have now gone 2 weeks without an antacid or protonic for 2 weeks. I hope I will be able to go longer. If I get a month before popping another protonic or antacid, I would be extremely happy.
