Can this lens fit Eos m50 if using a mount adapter? Also has anyone tried it gor videos and is it loud?

No. RF is only for EOS R cameras. There is an EF 50mm STM that is half the price that will adapt to an M50.

Will this fit on rebel eos t7 or t7i?

No! If you need a 50mm lens for your Rebel, Just get the EF version that canon has been making for years and years. (EF 50mm f1.8 STM). It fits on crop-sensor with a 1.6X crop so it will be an 80mm equivalent field of view. It is also only $125 now that the RF version is basically replacing it.
