Superb, proper hot “Hot Sauce” - delicious taste, quite salty with strong reaper taste. Not too much vinegar. Hot but not ridiculously hot (if you’re used to hot sauces). Goes great with cheese, meats, fish, anything really! Also amazing mixed with mayo as a spicy dip or dressing for your burger.

This sauce is not for the faint-hearted. It is much hotter than many of the other chilli sauces available. One tiny bit on the end of a cocktail tip is enough to confirm everything you fear and love! Despite the daft name, the taste is amazing 🤩 If they did it in those non leak squeezie bottles then we would be looking at human perfection 👌

So, I've held off writing this review for about 2 months. Reason being is that I wanted to get a good grasp on its flavour profile, beyond its spice. Now, if spice is all you want, look no further. This is a very hot sauce, where I've found few online that competes on this level, and none in any major supermarkets. It has taken me two months, using this often, for me to get used to it. Once you do, I've found this to be quite sour. Now, I could eat spiced food all day, but sourness... nope. I kind of wish that I hadn't gotten used to this heat, as I was enjoying this in cooking, and in the occasional cup of coffee (don't knock it, until you try it). Now do note, if you are new to this kind of sauce, I'd highly encourage you to stick to one-two tiny drops of this. It packs a good kick, and I've found many "spice lavers" knocked on their backside, with this.

Pretty nice. Drizzle a little too much of this on and you'll be getting the "I've made a mistake" experience that every capsaicin junkie seeks. I quadruple dip my wings in a homemade sauce blend that includes this, every 10 minutes while cooking between flips in the oven. They come out fiery. Including this sauce pushed me past the point of my spice tolerance. It was fun.

Finally found a hot sauce I can't chug out of the bottle, not just due to the heat level but also to the weird lingering aftertaste. The sauce doesn't taste spoiled, but more as if it's too heavy on one ingredient. Maybe my bottle was taken from the bottom of the VAT where there had been some settling of the ingredients? I can't put my finger on the flavour and I'm reluctant to use the sauce now because of it. On the other hand, the heat level is fantastic and you can actually feel the sauce hitting your stomach, excellent vibe. I tried a teaspoon of it as soon as I received it and it was the best chilli kick I've had to date. I later tried two table spoons in a moderately small pan of pasta but was disappointed not to get the same effect as before. That flavour, however, pervaded the dish and made it a chore to eat. I do, from time to time, take a small sip from the bottle as it does satisfy the chilli craving but I don't add it to my food anymore. I have thought about mixing it with Nando's extra hot Piri Piri to even out the flavour, so we will see how that goes.

Great heat and flavor. I am used to super hot and on occasion, have guests over for chicken wing hot sauce contest. First 5 go from low Scovills and progressively get hotter. When they get to this Psycho Juice Reaper, they get the immediate surprise! Sweaty eyebrow, hot tongue, etc. Fun to watch them go "holy cow what is that stuff"? I tell them Psycho Juice and we have 5 more bottles that are hotter yet. If you like a little heat on your wing, Psycho Juice will not disappoint but do not over do it! The name is appropriate and a keeper.
