I like that this has the black pepper in it and it does work well for pain and inflammation. My only complaint is that it tastes awful!! I tried it in water..yuck! Then plain kefir..still yuck. So then I put it in orange juice and it's way more tolerable that way. I think it could do without the cinnamon in it, it just has that bitter taste like you'd get if you put plain cinnamon on toast without mixing it with sugar.
