My daughter wears a size 6 are these true to size?

I would say yes true to size. I bought a size 4 for my granddaughter and I thought it would fit a little too big, it is a perfect fit.

Can I get a new wand? Ours arrived broken.

Lol, ours broke the next day, too....but it glues really easily, with crazy glue!!!

Does this fit true to size?

Yes, bought for my granddaughter, it was a little long, but fit well otherwise.

Any complaints about costume being scratchy?

No, this was for my 2 year old granddaughter and fit perfectly and no issues, she even took a nap in it!
