i bought a guarantee on this and have broken it. How do I get another one?

Why do the magnets feel so weak? Should I return and ask for a replacement? I ordered the maximum strength version but it does not feel strong.

How are you gauging the magnetic strength? We use scientific guass meters to test the magnets on our products. These are powerful 3,500 gauss neodymium magnets. These magnets are designed for deep penetration. They are not designed to lift objects. If you are making your judgment by what they can lift or attract to, that is not an accurate method to measure these magnets. They are deep penetrating magnets, meaning you can feel the magnetism from a distance from the actual magnets, which is important for effectiveness in the wrist.

Why is there a 3 month subscription service? Does this bracelet stop having any benefits after 3 months?

I’m not to sure about any subscription service, all I can say my bracelet is still working and the magnets are still as strong as the day I started wearing it.
