This is an open-top bag with a magnetic flap-style latch. Fits perfectly on top of the B&R 22"Rhapsody tall softside carry-on spinner. Tons of pockets & flaps inside, including a padded pocket for my laptop. Squared bottom provides stability. Zippered pocket in front is super-handy for small documents. Handy back flap for sliding the bag over a telescoping handle. Because the top is mostly open, I use this tote for car trips, rather than public transportation &/or airport travel. The sturdy straps are long enough to carry over-the-shoulder. Great bag, overall. Just keep in mind that the top is open.

This bag fits TONS of stuff and is well made. The reason for only 4 stars is that it could really use a zipper or a bigger magnetic clasp to keep the bag closed. Still going to keep.

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. Great carry on for the plane. Room for laptop, books, misc odds and ends, and can be secured to regular luggage handles when speeding through an airport. In short, classic Briggs & Riley durability and functionality. (Cool color too.)

Nice bag but a little too big. Handles do not lay flat and kept popping up. I returned the bag, the handle issue was annoying when reaching for something in the bag ***Return takes approximately 30 days to process** The bag shows delivered but it will take an additional 15 days to process return. A little too long

This is a high quality bag. Very nicely appointed. Super amount of interior pockets. Lovely luggage strap. But, as a city girl, I really need a zipper on the top of the bag. Also, I found it to be a little too rigid for under seat storage on a plane (the United Airlines under seat area is really tight).

Not good for traveling. What a huge disappointment when it was on top of my luggage. It was torturous knowing I had to use it again on the return flight.

Perfect for every day for work or travel. This is sturdy but flexible in shape to fit lots of things. I can easily fit a laptop and power bank, a set of travel cords and an iPad along with many other misc. items. It's lightweight and even can be matched with the Riley and Briggs luggage (which I did). Super happy with this bag - it's a fabulous tote that I can use for so much. So glad I found it

A top quality travel bag/tote. Has enough compartments although still easy to find whatever you are looking for. The price of the bags and luggage are not a budget brand but I’ll use for years to come. Really impressed with the bag and I intend to purchase more luggage by Brighs & Riley.

The bag has a lot of pockets and has a big capacity which I like. The bag was much bigger than expected. The bag could be improved with a zip closer - it would be very easy for someone to "pick pocket" I found that the handles don't stay on the shoulder but to carry the bag in the hand meant that it was nearly dragging on the ground (I am average height). I looked for some hooks where I could add a shoulder strap but none were to be found. To be honest, I probably wont use the bag much as I need to cling to it with both hands to keep it on my shoulder when full.
