Quality is perfect with strong suction

Great product, but it came with a US style plug on the charger. I had to buy a charger with UK standard three pin plug costing an extra £13.99 There was also no mounting dock as shown in the instruction leaflet.

The plug supplied is not compatible with British sockets. No warning when purchasing that you need to buy a British charger. Frustrating and more expense.

I’m disabled. To try to get a Hoover up stairs yuk! Agony, this is great hand held and helpful

If you're thinking about buying that no-name brand on sale, don't. Just buy this one instead. Trust me. I've been looking for a good affordable hand held vacuum for years. I've tried tons of 4+ Star ones, and all of them were a huge waste of money. One lasted almost a year while another stopped working after three uses - and everything in-between so I was hesitant. I finally sucked it up and bought this one once it went on sale and the difference is amazing! It feels light but not cheap. The noise is about the same, but the power is much better. It picks up dirt, shredded paper, and even dog hair with ease. The extensions are nice and since the quality seems good, the vacuum does its job. It's easy to use, move, and store, and it fits well in my hands. I highly recommend. *I've now owned this vacuum for at least 6 months and so far it works just as good as it did on day one. Will update if needed.

It works really well, sucks in all dust, dirt. We use it on furniture, window, small areas of the floor occasionally. However, not all brushes are good. Mainly we use the pet brush though we don't have a pet :D Its self-cleaning function prevents it from making the surrounding dirty while vacuum cleaning. Around half a year passed from my purchase and it is still working fine, just became a bit weary.

This arrive just last night...and I already used it today! I was looking at handheld cordless vacuums for months already....most have reviews that make you think twice...this one does have a few negative comments...but so what...can't please everyone! I unpacked it, charged it, and took it out to vac my pickup...cleaned the folds in the leather seats well, and picked up all the stuff on the carpet...it wasn't very dirty...but I was pleased with it! This vac meets my need perfectly! I'm keeping it in my truck camper for quick pickups and disaster cleanups...yikes! Seems to work well...not vey loud (I was expecting it to be much louder) so I love that! It sucks fine, has a great carpet / floor accessory that even other reports give it two thumbs up, and it is so simple to dump the junk! Overall...I am happy with my purchase!
