I take more than 1 serving since my body weight is also on the higher side.I would recommend anyone to start with 1 serving on empty stomach and then following it up with some form of physical activity. Now during the activity, gauge how your body's core temperature feels compared to any other non-yohimbine day. If you feel that your body is running hotter than usual, you are on the right path and you can stick to that dosage. If you do not feel any such difference, you might want to increase dosage to 2 or 3 servings Max.. It might cause some side effects like increased heart rate, discomfort due to high temperature etc so please exercise your due diligence.

Perfect if you prefer doing fasted cardio in the morning. And the best thing about this is its affordable not like those overpriced fat cutters. So rather than spending 1500-1600 on expensive fat cutters and getting no results get this one and see the results for yourself.

I've been working out sincerely for about a year now. I have successfully lost a lot of excess fat, but abdominal stubborn fat is a pain to get rid of. And my lifestyle doesn't allow me to increase the duration or intensity of my workouts anymore. Luckily, I stumbled upon this product.Yohimbine is an α2 blocker, and therefore helps in losing stubborn fat a bit more efficiently. It also synergizes the sympathetic response during workouts.I'm only 10 days into using this product from Nutrija, but I feel like my strength during my workouts has improved due to increased sympathetic stimulation.I started with 1 pill only, but I found 2 pills to be quite tolerable for me. This is to be taken in an empty stomach ideally for faster and increased absorption, right before a workout. It will produce jitteriness and increased heart rate, but that is the natural response of any sympathetic stimulant. You just need to start slowly and titrate the dose according to your body's response. But it's not a magic pill, you still need to be in a caloric deficit to lose fat. Please note though, this product is absolutely contraindicated for anyone with hypertension, or any heart/kidney issue. And diabetics need to be cautious as well.PS: you may notice diminishing effect on successive dosages over time, but that is normal for this class of supplements due to tachyphylaxis and drug tolerance. Give your body some yohimbine free days/weeks to reduce this decrease in response.

The 1st day itself was amazing. Definitely gave me a lot of energy for the workout. It definitely is helping me in cutting. I take 1 pill (2.5mg) daily on empty stomach before workout.The seller also sent me a trial pack of 10 capsules of 200mg caffeine each. Caffeine is also giving me a lot of energy in the gym. The only request I have is to repackage the caffeine as 20 capsules of 100mg each rather than 10 capsules of 200mg. This way a person can optimize his/her dosage as 200mg becomes too much at times.I would definitely recommend buying this product.
