Great product for exceptional taste, convenience, and value!
Excellent substitute for heavy cream, especially when paired with a triple shot from Nespresso for us hard-core espresso junkies! 😀 I recommend adding a tablespoon to a couple ounces of hot water and frothing with an Aerolatte for about 15 seconds before adding three shots of espresso to your cup. Delicious!

HOMEMADE ICE CREAM STAPLE!
I got into homemade ice cream making and have been obsessed ever since. I have even learned how to cheat and not have to temper eggs, and my ice creams are always a crowd favorite! What I hated the most though is having to buy heavy cream. It got harder when I became a mom of two and going to the grocery store isn’t as easy or as quick as it used to. Enter this product! This is shelf stable and works just as good in my opinion. I even blind tested with family. I made one with powder and one with fresh. They actually like fresh better! I know there are things this thing can’t do, but since my main reason for getting heavy cream is ice cream, this is the perfect sub that I can just have in my pantry, and I can make ice cream anytime I want to!

Excellent for cooking
A great option when you don’t wanna add more liquid to a soup or sauce but you do wanna add creaminess. Also nice to have in the cabinet in case I run out of half and half for my coffee.

Real cream but MORE expensive than fresh cream
If you premake this and properly mix and then you shake the container every time you use it then this is a good substitute if you dont buy cream often. As this is about 30-50% MORE expensive than buying fresh cream it really need to be more convenient for you to justify the cost and inconvenience of having to mix when needed. Dont buy if you want it to be super convenient and just add to cofee/tea a spoonful of powder at a time as doesnt mix well in hot water/liquids. Will go back to fresh cream after this

Should have had this the whole time!
Why didn’t I think to get this sooner!!!! I usually use heavy cream in recipes so whenever I need to buy a carton I end up wasting most of it; cream is SO EXPENSIVE. You definitely need to chill it for at least a few hours for it to have a nicer consistency. I have used it only slightly chilled and it’s just a bit powdery. The taste is fine but I haven’t really drank it on its own; I just use it in recipes so it mixes in very well.

No legitimate complaints
I’ve only had two coffees with this powdered cream. The first time I put the coffee in the cup and then put the cream in the coffee, and it was about like making chocolate milk with Nestlé‘s quick. It floated on top and then it did dissolve, but some of it lumped up and had to be crushed on the side of the cup. That was fine it finally all dissolved with just a spoon and stirring it a little more than I wanted to. Such is life, It’s powdered cream and it’s not going to be like a miracle powder. It’s powdered cream. The 2nd cup I put it in the bottom of the cup, and then poured the coffee and waited. After a while it almost looked like it was getting cream bubbles. After stirring it and making sure there was none stuck to the bottom of the cup, a few pieces of it came up but I was able to easily crush them on the edge of the cup and then it was great. My 2nd cup was much better than the first and although it didn’t taste exactly like the regular cream I use it was still pretty good. I didn’t notice any terrible smells or anything like that I have read and other reviews. I’m buying cream like this so then I can take it to the Philippines as cream there is quite expensive and I’m pretty sure it’s a radiated as it sits on store shelves I find this powder to be quite acceptable, And that makes me happy because I need cream in my coffee! So I will be buying a few more bags to go with me as I plan on staying a year to a year and a half and I will let you know if possible how it does long-term. Other than whining about having to start a little more than I wanted I have no legitimate complaints and only prays to give this powdered cream so far

Clean and healthy alternative to grocery store hwc products!
We love this 100% pure heavy whipping cream powder. We used liquid hwc from grocery stores but it’s hard to get that without additives and preservatives. So we use this instead because we don’t want funky ingredients in our coffee. We keep it in a separate airtight container and have never had clumping. The bag that it comes in is fine for storage, easily zips closed, but we just like storing it in a larger container. Very easy to use straight up in hot coffee or to make ahead as creamer, which you could also sweeten and flavor if you like. Great product!

Works For Baking! NOT Tasty In Coffee!
I bought a bag of this Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder, 1 lb, Batch Tested Gluten Free, No Fillers or Preservatives, Keto Friendly, Product of USA. I live in a very rural mountain location. During winter and spring thaw, we are basically stuck at home for 4 to 6 weeks, due to impassable roads. I still NEED my 2 to 3 cups of coffee every day, but I also needed a good creamer back-up for when I can't get out to the store to buy my favorite Half and Half! I will NOT drink any of the so-called powdered jar coffee creamers, which are all disgustingly loaded with hydrogenated junk and weird chemicals. When I saw this Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder was made of ONLY pure dried cream, I thought that this would be an absolutely perfect solution for me and my coffee creamer habit. - - SO NOT SO! - - - For one, The 1st bag I bought was missing from the package when I got my order. - The 2nd bag was dated as expiring in 5 months, so not good for longer term back-up storage. I decided to give it a try now, since it needed to be used before the 5 month expiration. I read that for creamer, I'd need to mix it with a bit of water to make a slurry 1st. I did that, but it was super clumpy. - I added a splash of hot water into the mix, and that helped. - I tasted it before I added my coffee and it did NOT taste like cream. It tasted a bit salty and sour! - So, I added some fresh brewed coffee anyway! -- ICK! ICK! ICK! -- - Not at all smooth and creamy in my coffee like the Half and Half that I am used to. Over the past few days I have tried to experiment in other way to get this stuff to work like a decent coffee creamer. It turns out NASTY every time! So, the rest of this bag I will be using for baking biscuits and pancakes, as it does work good for them. Will I buy more of the Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder? Naw... this stuff is totally NOT for me! I think I actually will just continue to keep a lot of cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk in storage for any coffee emergencies. That is actually more like a delicious treat to be using Sweetened Condensed Milk in my coffee, even though I normally don't like my coffee sweetened. It is a tastier solution for me than this gloppy, sour'ish Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder in my coffee. For baking though, the Anthony's Heavy Cream Powder works fine.
