Review: Great flavour and versatile. - These mushrooms don't take too long to rehydrate, I left mine in a cereal bowl covered by an inch of boiling water. Gave them a little stir and used them with a nice steak. The rehydration liquor I used in a sauce which really punched the flavour right up. (Strain through a sieve). Absolutely fantastic and well worth it. A fabulous upgrade to boring supermarket shrooms. Going to use again with steak tonight as I wrote this post but forgot to submit a couple of weeks ago. Used several times in stir fry and pasta dishes. I will get more when used up. Fantastic

These mushrooms don't take too long to rehydrate, I left mine in a cereal bowl covered by an inch of boiling water. Gave them a little stir and used them with a nice steak.
