Great for gut health, mixes really well, no taste
Really happy with this pure acacia fiber. It mixes easily into drinks, overnight oats & smoothies with no taste or grit, and it’s been gentle on my stomach. Great for daily fiber without any fuss. Filling and really good for gut health.

If only it were Senegal grade...
Would come back to ordering this if the acacia gum is of premium Senegal grade rather than the inferior Seyal. It mixes really well and doesn't have any strange smell or taste - would be perfect if it could be Senegal.

Doesn’t dissolve well
Reallly doesn’t dissolve very easily. If you aren’t careful you get clumps of powder that are difficult to break down. I’ve used other brands in the past that dissolve much more quickly and will less aggressive effort.

Excellent fibre for people who do keto or fast
It wont break fast and if you take it during fasts it will satiate you even without eating since it fills the stomach but if you take it with food you will eat less too since your stomach will balloon up.

Parte de mi dieta desde hace tiempo
Yo lo compro de forma habitual. Aporta fibra a mi dieta sin aportar calorías y eso es muy importante para mí. Me lo hecho en la leche con avena casa mañana y me siento bien. A mi personalmente me parece un producto muy bueno, sin sabor y sin olor. Se disuelve con facilidad incluso en leche fría aunque en esta hay que darle un poco más de meneo. Lo recomiendo sin duda

Ottimo per keto
Ho avuto modo di testarla in una settimana e noto subito la differenza. Premetto che faccio una keto con circa 15% calorie giornaliere dai carboidrati essendo vegetariana, e ho notato che aiuta molto la digestione questo prodotto e aiuta la stitichezza dovuta a mancanza di fibre della frutta. Trovo il prodotto molto valido. Consiglio dentro lo yogurt perché nel latte vegetale non si scioglie bene. Abbinato a un cucchiaio di olio di cocco mct fa il suo dovere ancora meglio.

Le produit efficace pour diminuer la glycémie le prix je le trouve très élevé 31€ c boucoup

Pour la constipation du au antidouleur
J ai tout essayé : psyllium, guar, etc... etc.. Pour les gens sous antidouleur ( tramadol , codéine, et même morphine ) cette fibre d acacia est la solution la plus douce afin de réguler le transit. Exemple pour mon cas 1 cuillère à café rase suffit je la prends le matin dans de l eau buvez bien toute la journée ce produit est vraiment extra ! Enfin une solution efficace et douce... 😊
