Does it come with unicorn projector?

Mine did have the unicorn projector, but be prepared for the bulbs to go out relatively quickly (we've had ours for 4 months and already two bulbs have quit working). Read the reviews of this product before you buy--I wish I had!

It won't rotate anymore. Can that be fixed?

Check your settings. You may have just turned that function off. It was several settings. Mine was dead out of the box until I started hitting buttons and pushed the usb cable in and out a few times. It works great now and my kid loves it

It doesn't play music. The lights work great, this has the option to change colors.
