Yogi Tea - Kava Stress Relief, 16 bag

This is my favorite, tried and true, un-beatable “bedtime” tea. It truly does relax you before bed and the taste is really nice. Don’t let the caramel flavor throw you off, nothing about this tastes caramel but rather it’s more of an earthy honey flavor. So excellent!

I have a hard time falling asleep.I been on things for years for anxiety an Panic Attacks.With that being said I've had a high tolerance for years.This tea really relaxes me.I drink it @ night by my bed turn lights out an out phone away an I snooze. Everybody is different.I"m just sharing my honest review to help you decide.If you doesnt work it still taste good so really no loss.

This product is GREAT. I love it. It's supposed to gently help you have a healthy bowel movement. Ummm... I'm not sure about the gentle part, but it definitely helps you poop. You'll pretty much poop out everything you've ever eaten/ thought about eating/ dreamed of eating/ etc.I've always had issues with the cleaning pills/ laxatives because they were way too harsh for my body. Those pills gave me gut wrenching cramps to the point I thought I'd pass out. BUT THIS TEA IS THE ANSWER. I did experience some unease and slight cramping, but the cramps were manageable.The first time I drank the tea, 24 hours had passed and I hadn't gone so I drank a second cup the next day. 5 hours after the second cup. It. Went. Down. I'd advise to only drink one cup and let that work first. It may take a little longer for the first time.

I have suffered from insomnia for most of my life. I hate taking anything over the counter, like a sleeping pill, I prefer a more natural resource to help me relax. I admit I was sceptical when I first bought this. I am pleased to say I was wrong. This tea tastes great and within an hour of drinking it, my body begins to relax, allowing me to sleep. In also noticed I am sleeping longer and with less interruptions. I love the results I've gotten from it and plan on continuing to use it for many years to come.

Got a sample of this as I have trouble falling to sleep and after one try I knew I had to have more. Went on the prowl and found it on Amazon and let me tell ya, it was worth it. I'm not a huge tea drinker but there is something about the aroma of this particular tea, makes me feel like i'm being extra healthy. Not sure if it is actually healthy BUT I can tell you it actually does help me sleep. After a cup of this before bedtime, I can feel my eyelids getting heavy. It's magical.

I take an hour before bed time and it help me sleep. To use Kava tea correctly, you shouldn’t pour boiling water over the tea bag. Place hit water in the cup, then add the tea bag.

It’s not a ‘caramel’ flavor, but it satisfies if you are craving something warm and sweet like a caramel. I’ve been looking for a rooibos tea that will help my weight loss journey, and I love that this fits the bill as it helps my late night sweet tooth, and relaxes me as well. Not long after I can feel myself get drowsy, naturally, instead what falling into a food coma from a too-late dessert. I’m glad I have it in my pantry for when I need it, but probably only at night before bed.

The "ad" for this tea told me I would be getting 3 boxes for the $7 something I paid. The product arrived today and I was only sent one box. And the one box I received was crushed, as it was sent in a bubble mailer. I am waiting for feedback from the manufacturer and if I don't hear back, I will be returning it.

It tastes nothing like peach. I'm very disappointed; the reviews were so misleading.
