For cold froth: insert the whisk into the lid holder; switch on the appliance and press the power button for approximately 2 seconds. The power button will light blue - this is for cold milk froth. The frother will make cold milk foam and stop automatically as soon as the foam is finished. To heat milk without frothing: Insert the whisk into the whisk holder; press the power button twice; the power button will blink red. This is the setting to heat up milk. Where do i find the lid holder to put the whisk for frothing?** A: It’s one container. There’s only one place to put the whisk. **Q: "Place the whisk in the lid holder" what does this mean? I cannot get it to make milk froth even putting the metal whisk piece alone on the bottom.** A: Basically just put the whisk in there, fill with appropriate amount of milk/creamer, put the lid on, and push the side button one time. If you don’t follow the lines inside indicating max fill/froth, it won’t work right. Also, keep in mind that almond or soy milk will not froth. I’ve had this unit for years, and it’s awesome. If yours isn’t frothing yet your following the instructions, you may just need a replacement. **Q: is it 110 or 220 ?** A: I live in the US and our electricity is a 110 and I don't need a converter.... **Q: How do I clean it?
