I have bought this at Costco for many years and use it every day. I also add 1 Tbsp. to my morning coffee. I blend it with my Bamix blender. MCT oil is healthy. No milk, no cream, no sugar, yum.

It is in liquid form. The last one wasnt. Dont know what to think

I use coconut for it’s hydration properties & fragrance. After a few years of use, I feel like Kirkland sells the most hydrating, feel-good & naturally fragrant coconut oil for the best value. It checks all my boxes and I love that I can buy it in bulk. Amazon also does a great job with packaging, therefore I highly recommend.
