It works perfect ! I love it !!

Good Product
The Product was easy to put together and is also easy to operate. There is a video on Youtube that is very detailed as far as assembly, operation and the cleaning and maintenance. While the steamer doesn't super hot like others it gets the job done for me and I am pleased with it.

I like how easy it was to put together, however, it’s a little wobbly. I’m always afraid that it may fall apart. I’m happy that it heats up so fast. Overall, I’m pretty pleased with my purchase.

not long lasting
Only lasted a year and 6 months. The whole base cracked or something the water just started pouring out the bottom.

Awesome product
My hair was in bad shape. Dry, brittle and breaking. This steamer has been a game changer. The breaking stopped and now natural curls are amazing.

Leaking but looks like new
It worked for 1 year. We used it infrequently so I was really disappointed when water started leaking from the bottom. I will not purchase again. It still looks brand new, but is no longer working.
