Yes I too am very skeptical about "Miracle" weight loss products. On the other hand I'm not your typical weight loss product user. I am 5'4' tall and I weigh 125 lbs. and am 53 years old. That is not to say that I have never been in weight control mode. I work hard to maintain my figure and looks. I used to be very heavy and worked my butt off every day of my life with out any help from any product or procedure. My reason for using this product was to get rid of that roll around the middle. I have 2 daughters that do struggle with weight so I purchased the 3 pack and we were all going to "test" it. Funny thing is I did notice a difference in the way my clothes fit after the first 3 days. It has now been about 2 plus weeks. I have lost 4 lbs. and my belly is starting to really show noticeable improvement. We are seeing the same results for the other 2. And I am here to tell you that no one has modified their eating habits... the fact that we are all feeling better about ourselves is showing. I would recommend this product for anyone who is willing to test it... and see what it is all about. I am looking forward to re-ordering our next months "Test" product... It has been very satisfying... and needed for a positive in our lives. Thank You!

The capsules are easy to swallow and do not cause the digestive discomfort often associated with high-potency supplements. The 2-month supply provides good value for testing long-term efficacy. However, as with most metabolic supports, the effects are subtle and highly dependent on a consistent diet and exercise regimen. It works best as a supplementary tool rather than a primary driver for weight management.

It was recommended to help me stay hydrated, and also to lose weight. I think it has helped, but since it is not FDA approved, I have not been able to find much info on its mechanism of action, side effects, and interactions with others drugs. There is a warning to not take Forskolin with beta blockers (high blood pressure medicine), and nitrates for chest pain such as Nitroglycerin, it will increase the effect of those meds and your blood pressure will bottom out. The dosage of this product is much higher than what I’ve seen recommended on other sites, so I decided to only take it once per day instead of twice. It would be nice to know if there are any dangers to taking forskolin longterm at this high of a dose. Takeaway: Do not use this supplement without discussing with your primary doctor first. If there are no concerns after reviewing your current problems and meds, then I think it is effective in assisting with weight loss and increasing your body’s ability to retain water if you become dehydrated easily, as I do.

Used this product for some time but found a higher dose for a lesser price so gave this brand a lesser star! The forskolin does work but it doesn’t matter who makes it, especially if you can get better dose for less.
