Hill's Science Diet Sensitive Stomach & Skin Dry Cat Food

This has been the best cat food for both of my cats. They both suffer from sensitive stomach, so I have to be careful of what food I offer them. Science Hill has been fed to them since they were kittens and it has always worked well. I just switched over to the sensitive stomach and skin formula. They both tolerated very well and it’s delicious. They love the taste, its chewable and the texture is small and round so it’s easy for them to digest. It’s a great price on Amazon. I always buy through them compared to buying it from a pet store. I always have a lookout too whenever it does go on sale through Amazon, which is another perk of being a member. I highly recommend this to all the Moms and dad’s out there if they suffer from a sensitive stomach.

Loveeee this brand & my kitty loves this flavor! It’s a must have in our household. My Siamese kitty has no teeth. He can’t chew properly but this food is gentle on his digestive system! It’s been great & he is super happy! I buy every 3 weeks!

Hello. I am the cat. I live here. I rule here. And this food passes my very high standards. My humans have several bags of this Hill’s Science Diet Sensitive Stomach & Skin stacked like emergency rations, which is good, because I refuse to eat anything else now. They have been buying this for years, which tells you two things: My stomach is delicate, like royalty. This food actually works. I eat it. My stomach stays calm. My fur stays soft and shiny. I do not dramatically throw up at 3 a.m. anymore, which apparently makes the humans very happy. Now, the most suspicious part: The vet recommends this food. I do not like the vet. I hate the vet. The vet smells like betrayal and gloves. Yet… even I must admit… the vet was right this one time. The chicken and rice flavor is acceptable. Crunch level is good. My stomach does not revolt. My skin does not itch. My coat looks so nice that strangers compliment me, which I tolerate. My humans say it’s “science.” I say it’s “don’t mess with what works.” If you are a cat with a sensitive stomach and skin like me, eat this. If you are a human with a picky cat who hates the vet, also buy this. I will now return to sleeping on something important. 5/5 paws, I would eat again, unfortunately aligned with the vet.

The cats like it and it helps our sensitive stomach guy, The really great thing is it makes all of their coats soooo soft and silky!!

I wish that I had thought of changing cat food sooner. I got extremely lucky that I picked the right one on the first try. After my seniors dental with only 9 teeth left, he didn't want the dry food that I fed him before. I ended up with a Friskies brand that he liked. After quite some time of eating it with no problem, he was puking almost daily and I thought that it may be something worse wrong with him. I couldn't get him in with my vet for over a week so I tried this food. He was also biting his skin with bits of fur everywhere. This was an instant hit. He started eating it right away and there was literally no transition. I left a little of his original food in the bowl and he picked around it so I went all in. 3 days in and no more vomiting. Haven't seen any pieces of hair that he bit off. Pure magic and I am so happy that he is feeling better.

I'm recommend this I would recommend this for careful for cats

We adopted a stray cat that came to our door about 2 years ago around Christmas. He had worms and had been eating who knows what and his stomach and digestion was all out of whack. After many vet visitation get him health and worm free his poor tummy was still upset and his poop smelled awful! It would smell our whole home. You would have to change his whole litter after every poop. I finally switched him to this food because my previous fur boy who passed away was on this food for years and it worked like a charm for his vomiting and sensitive stomach. Within less than a week the digestion issues resolved themselves and this is gonna sound silly but, his poop no longer smells. The quality of the food is great. We also love the Velcro closure on the bag that makes it easy to use and keeps the food fresh. Which is super important when you have a 5 year old helping with animal care chores. If I had to make a complaint I would say that my only complaint is he likes it too much because I know have an overweight 30 pound cat 🤣 even though we only feed him the recommend amount. If I’m being honest this isn’t the foods fault though he is just a super lazy and happy cat. So, lazy that he will let my daughter tote him around like a babydoll and he sleeps with the dog in the dog bed on occasion. Lol

My 7 year old tabby was vomiting about 5 times a week after eating Hills Science Diet weight control for years. I decided to switch to this formula for sensitive stomach and the vomiting stopped within 2 days. He loves the flavor and my 5 year old tabby who didn't like the weight control formula loves this one so a win-win all around.

I bought the 1.6kg bag of Hills Science Diet Sensitive Stomach & Skin dry food for my 4 year old medium hair domestic tortoiseshell after she developed some mild dandruff and occasional tummy sensitivity. Within a few weeks her coat looked healthier and the flakiness reduced significantly. Her fur feels softer and she seems more comfortable overall. Digestion has been very consistent too, no loose stools or signs of discomfort since switching. She can be picky with dry food, but she took to this straight away and finishes her bowl every time. I started with the small bag to see how she’d respond, and it went so well I’ve now moved up to the larger 7kg bag. The price was very competitive compared to other retailers, and the long expiry date made buying the bigger bag an easy decision. If you’ve got a cat with mild skin or stomach sensitivities, this has worked really well for us.
