Great Mount!
I was hesitant to purchase this mount because other reviews stated that plastic pieces seemed flimsy. However, I'm glad I purchased this mount. I have had no issues with it.

Not a Humanscale authorized reseller
I ordered this based on brand reputation. Within the first 3 weeks the cpu holder began sinking despite the computer being roughly 20 lbs under the weight limit.Earlier this month it broke when moving the computer forward on the track. I called the manufacturer to file a warranty claim. They said they would not honor it because Amazon was not an authorized reseller of their products. I would need to contact the seller. So I contacted the seller. They said I was outside of the 30-day return policy and they could not help. So essentially, I am out $65 and have to purchase another cpu holder to boot. This was a bad experience and I’ll be looking closer at what I purchase next time.

Decent Construction, but unable to hold 9" cases as advertised
If I had a slightly less wide case then it might've been better, but the combination of it being 9" wide + 35 lbs (despite supposedly being able to support 50 lbs) means it's constantly tilting with the top moving to the left. It looks like the top part is all plastic, including the little lip on the left side, so it's not strong enough to keep it upright. Given I already screwed the track (10 individual holes!) into the desk, I'm likely just going to have to stick with it and maybe get some tie-down straps (such as the ones here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XHHGBX2) to help alleviate the stress on that left-hand side. Super disappointed.

Best CPU under desk mount!
Very happy with humanscale CPU. It's very well designed. Easy installation and very adjustable. I especially like that once it's installed it hangs on a gliding track, so if you need to work on the back of your CPU you can pull the CPU forward on the gliding track and then rotate the unit to access the back of my CPU without having to crawl on my hands and knees. I will be buying 4 more for the rest of my office staff and their computers. Great product.

Utter Garbage
We have many of these in two computer labs here at my work. They were installed summer of 2012, and within a few months all are failing. Cannot support the weight of a full sized pc. The construction is largely plastic, and bends over time. Also, adjustments are made finger tight (by design), and come loose quickly, allowing the cpu to hang awkwardly. Poor product, would not buy again.

Very disappointing case
For reference, my case is 8.5" wide and about 30lbs.This case was a severe disappointment. After scouring online retailers to see what under desk PC case holders there were, I finally settled on the Human scale CPU600. With a high advertised width capacity (up to 9") and load rating, I thought I'd finally found a good solution to my PC placement dilemma.Boy was I wrong.First off, the bottom support is much too flimsy to properly support a heavier PC case, but the advertised width capacity is much too generous (See attached photos).I'd say it would probably be able to support a 7" 15lb case somewhat comfortably as long as weight distribution is even inside the case (which most of the time, it's not). If weight is not evenly distributed, then the case will tilt back and forth since the plastic clamps are not properly shaped for a computer case and it won't be able to apply enough pressure to hold the PC securely.I did like the fact that it comes with a track and features 360 degree rotation (most under desk PC holders only have 180 degree, it seems), but overall I'd say save your money and look at something else (or build one yourself, which I'm going to do).

Been about 2 months, have really been impressed with the mount. Computer is a lot cleaner, less dust and being able to swivel makes playing with cables a breeze.
