Not a PoE switch
The description is wrong though, as this switch does not have PoE. It's being falsely advertised. I finally started working on my project and come to find out, no PoE and now I can't send it back... Other than having no PoE, it's very good switch. Again, description should be changed to NO PoE.

Cisco won't honor the warranty or provide support because we bought the device on Amazon.
Buyer beware. We are a Cisco registered partner but needed to obtain a switch faster than our normal wholesale vendor could provide it so we ordered it from Amazon. We got the switch right on time (Thanks Amazon!) deployed it to the client's site and had an issue with it. When we tried to manually reset the device it would not reset despite multiple attempts. We contacted Cisco to open a TAC and after beating our heads against the wall with Cisco Support for a couple months in an effort to get a resolution/replacement we gave up and now are the proud owners of a $500.00 door stop.
