I have to admit that my energy is good since I started, you need to take them a week minimum to see the effect, for me it worked.

The tablets arrived next day the tub was more than three times the size it needed to be but I understand they probably use same tub for other products not something I normally do but decided to count them tub stated 180 but on courting found only 167 only 13 missing but would add up if thousands of tubs are sold I contacted manufacturer to alert them to a possible issue in production but they just referred me back to Amazon all I would say is check whst you get to see if this is an ongoing issue

I suffer from a lack of focus and very short attention span at work. I am not sure if this is adult ADHD but I really cannot spend more than 5-10 minutes on anything unless there is an approaching deadline. Taking these, along with some omega 3 type capsules on a regular basis really did seem to help. I even stopped taking them again to see if I noticed the difference and I really did. I am going to resume taking these again as I really think they help me just calmly focus on a specific piece of work for longer. I am not saying that I am not a machine with 1 hour of focus but 20-30 minutes I would say, alongside an ability to return to a task far more quickly. I would recommend this for those with similar issues.
