Works well for college

The book itself is mostly OK, other than presenting opinion as fact and generalities as absolutes. The pre-tests and the tests (as part of the online content) are a dumpster fire. Bizarre wording, uncertain meanings, word flips that may or may not match up with the verbiage in the book; questions on stuff that, while enlightening, have nothing at all to do with professional diesel mechanics (seriously, who cares that it was Volta and not Galvani who invented the multicell battery?). Whoever wrote the book knows diesel inside and out. Whoever wrote the tests, on the other hand...

I bought this book due to I needed it for school.

Some terms are so hard to grasp but data and information is superb!

Still use this, wont give away, this book has good layout and explanations
