Lovedrops Imact Eyeliner

This is my original favorite liquid eyeliner. The Japanese brands seem to do the best job with the fine tip that doesn't get deformed at all, to the deep pigment that stays put pretty much all day (I would reapply if going out at night) and NEVER smudges. No raccoon eyes -- no matter what. Yes, you can cry, and you might wipe away some eyeliner with a tissue, but it's not going to run and smudge. Never irritates. I wish it was easier to get in the US. Shiseido is good, but I like the Lovedrops Tearbaby tip and formula better. DHC is good, but not as fine. Christian Dior makes a nice one but it's far more expensive.

Nice eyeliner. The eyeliner draws on much like a felt tip marker on paper resulting in a very lightweight line. The only problem I have is that my eyes water in the morning near the outer corner so I can’t apply it under the eye at the outer edge without the product bleeding into my eye - just something to consider.
