Powerstop break kit is the best break kit you can purchase for your Jeep Wrangler. They work great and look good as well. Your breaks are the most important part of your vehicle. Breaks are NOT the part to cut cost on. You’re life and those around you depend on having good brakes and these will not disappoint!

This was a great brake kit for me. Installation was very straightforward, and everything fit my 2010 Wrangler perfectly. Has anyone that has a wrangler nose, acceleration and braking are both marginal at best; but this kit improved the braking performance and my comfort level with quickly stopping tenfold! Highly recommend.

Bought a used Jeep with brand new pads. They appeared to be metallic cheap pads that squealed at each stop. I run power stop kits on all my vehicles. In my opinion they’re the only way to go and they work great and last a long time. These installed easily on my jeep and after the break in procedure they’re working perfectly.

I got my jeep about 1 year ago now, I have upgraded to this brake kit because I have upgraded my jeep a lot since it was stock, Adding bigger bumpers, armor, and 35 inch tires, the jeep was getting very dangrous and annoying to drive, I would consistently be slamming on the brakes to get any stopping done. The package came in good shape for the most part, a little dinted but nothing was missing. The installation was a very simple job anyone can do considering these are upgraded oem style replacements, bolts off, new stuff in, bolts on. Simple and well worth the time, the package comes with everything u need with some to spare, you really dont need anything other than maybe some extra brake lube. Also make sure you break everything in correctly, instructions explain it very well on their website. At first I was kind of worried that this would be a waste of money for oem stuff that I could buy at half the cost. The stuff I took out was all in good shape and I have to say it stops om a dime now, wayyyyyy better than before so there is no gimmick here, these are an upgrade over stock for sure without spending all of that money to get a big brake kit that would require all kinds of other things to work properly, I think I hit a homerun with these and im very pleased with them. Im reviewing this 4 months after I got them so this isnt a day 1 review. These stop the jeep better than when it was stock with the stock brakes, infact Id say this kit is capable of stopping a jeep with 37s on it just fine. very pleased with the quality.

I installed these on my 2012 Jeep Wrangler before a wheeling trip to Colorado. They fit perfectly, just like factory. After you follow the steps to break them in, they are amazing! I don't have any break dust all over my wheels like the OEM break pads and the stopping power is insane. With 35" tires the factory breaks never felt like they would have really worked in an emergency situation, but these will put your ABS breaking to the test. You can actually hear the rubber squeaking for them trying to lock up. They feel like they improved my stopping power by about 50%-75%.

When I got these I figured it would help a little cause of all the extra weight on my Jeep. Bumpers, sidesteps, and racks all add up. When I did the break in I was a little worried. I was mashing down on the pedal just to slow down. After each pass it got more and more responsive. I finally did a longer drive and let them cool down. Smelled like burnt metal when I got home. Next morning I decided to break them in again and this time I was slowing down just barely touching the pedal. Now it’s like I stop 10 feet back from where I would normally and I am just pushing the pedal half way. They are very quiet and I haven’t noticed any more dust than normal pads. I don’t tow anything so this was more of a make sure I can stop upgrade just with a few hundred pounds extra sitting in the frame. For the price they are worth it.

Installed on a Jeep Wrangler JKU Rubicon with 37's. Could feel a big increase in pressure needed to stop after adding the big tires but following this brake upgrade, it will kick in the anti lock if I need it to. Beyond that, you can't stop any faster, so it was just what I needed. If you're looking to upgrade your Wranglers brakes, but don't have the $$$ to spend on one of the "Big brake" kits. This is a fantastic alternative that you can really feel and isn't much more than doing a standard OEM rotor and pad change.

Installed for two months, no issues work well

Brake pedal feels more solid and i don't have to push hard to stop. Makes the vehicle feel more stable and comfortable to drive.
