This is way more effective looking than the oil my compressor shipped with. The shipping oil looked like cloudy urine. This oil should make things last much longer.

I'm assuming the oil is actually pag134a like it says. Feels and smells like ref oil... Put a few drops into the service port tip then popped hoses on, lost a little during purging. Don't see a better way to get the oil into system unless youre opening up the compressor. The dye works, blended into the refrigerant no problem and if you do get leaks in the future or have them now it should show up on a UV light. Seems to have worked fine, not experiencing any issues with vehicle AC since I topped up oil during recharge. Price was reasonable and shipping was convenient. About all you can ask for.
