Bought this and have been super happy with it. I make sure to preheat the pan before using and do the water drop test (watched some youtube videos to learn this). Once the pan is properly heated, I'll cook with it. Sometimes I use oil, sometimes i don't (depends on what I am cooking). I haven't had any issues with sticking. Love these pans because of how well they work. A shame they don't come have lid options. They're not heavy at all, which is great for me since my wrists aren't very strong. Pans are easy to clean and I don't have an issue with staining that people mentioned, but I also use bar keeps friend every so often to keep it nice and shiny and they look amazing.
