What are the dimensions of the three sizes?

The dimensions are printed in the details of the blocks. Picture shown with the child seems to represent accurate size. They are sturdy cardboard. They come flat and you just fold them into bricks. Would recommend.

After building the blocks can they be broken down for storage?

Yes they can, though it would be a pain to do so. For short term storage I recommend finding a box large enough to store them assembled.
