Disinfect with a discide or bleach solution between uses even if meant for use on one person. I wouldn't submerge or soak the tweezer nipple clamps; a spray and dry is probably the best method. Just be careful during cleanings as the rubber tips can pull off and get lost. These tweezer nipple clamps aren't as pleasurable without them. I also use a pierced nipple chain which I find enjoyable and are quite intense. I've also used clovers and adjustable screw nipple clamps with less success and enjoyment. When it comes down to it, the tweezer nipple clamps are my most and recommend. We or should I say I am always looking for something new to have fun with with my wife of 20 years. Adjustable for different pressure levels, you do have to tighten them up a bit if your going to be tugging on them, figured that out quickly. I can't say how they feel, haven't tried them on me yet just my wife. They have a rubber coated tip which gives it a softer touch, but still squeeze enough for that pinching sensation which leaves my hands free to explore other parts. I do recommend to have in your toy box.

I have actually had two pair of these over time and these to me are better than clovers. The clovers are a weight that can hand and slip. The tweezers type do not weigh as much, which means that they can stay on longer than more rigorous activities. M

I'm unfortunately disappointed with this product because it doesn't work well with larger nipples! It's also really fiddly when you are doing solo play and have a larger chest. I tried to get them to stay in place but they kept falling off no matter how tight I made them. Good idea in theory, but not in practice.

They aren't super heavy like clover clamps, but they stay put and have a little weight. Pretty much perfect. Their tightness is easily adjusted. Seriously great set.

They don't stay on. My wife made me give this two stars instead of one because it meant she gets off the hook but I'll find another means. The product itself is a nice quality and for the price it would be great but I was really hoping we'd both get more enjoyment out of them. Oh well, back to the drawing board... I mean paddle board... My wife and I have used many types of sexual aids including nipple clamps. She likes this and and says it adds to the stimulation. You can adjust the pressure and the weighted balls add just a little extra. They can also be used under clothing. Some nipple clamps we have bought come off easily but we haven’t had trouble with these so far.
