**Q: Does this bag retain its shape, or collapse when you pick it up, like most hobo bags do?**
A: My bag is pretty full. Soft material.
Love it!! I hope this video helped a little.

**Q: Where was this made?**
A: I don’t believe it was the US but it is genuine Fossil as I have had many Fossil bags and wallets over the years and know the difference. I use my bag every day and it is still in excellent condition. This bag retails for $230 on the Fossil website.

**Q: Can you remove the short strap and just use the longer shoulder strap?**
A: Not designed that way.  I guess you could.  I actually never use the longer strap.  The short one fits over the shoulder even with coat on.

**Q: Is the Claret Red more like a burgundy? It looks it from the picture.**
A: Claret is a deep wine-red color.
