GOPRENE Lunch Transporter Neoprene Tote with Heavy-Duty Zipper, Fits Large Lunches, DIGITAL CAMO, [13 x 12.5 x 6.5 inches]

I bought this lunchbox for two reasons. 1, it is machine washable! No more stale, smelly lunchboxes. I have insulated lined lunchboxes right now for my kids which I wipe out with a cleaning wipe daily, but they still smell like stale fruit. We eat lots of fruit and veggies for lunch and are bound to have some fruit drips and leaks inside, and I don't know why they never get fully clean but they just don't. 2, I bought this to be able to transport my new 3 tier tiffin container. It is tall enough to carry it and still zip (hooray!), but does not hold much more than that. Maybe a couple of fruit containers on the side. However, we are switching to the 2 tier tiffin container, as we don't need 3 tiers for our school day, and I believe that will give us some extra space in this bag for fruits/veggies. I am going to order a second for my daughter. I plan to wash these once a week and hopefully they will endure better than our lined, insulated lunchboxes!

The only thing that keeps this product from being a five out of five star product for me is the plastic pull tab being classified as "heavy duty." If you go through all of the effort of making the plastic pull tab with a glossy metallic finish to make it look like metal, you might as well spend the extra few cents in manufacturing costs GOPRENE to use an actual metal pull tab on your product. I can see where if you are not careful, just like it has been expressed in many reviews before mine, the pull tab can break pretty easily after just a few uses. This feature made me hesitant to order your product for a few months until the Spring Break Sale price of just $12 made the risk insignificant in comparison with the value for an otherwise high quality product. Despite the zipper issue, I love my new lunch tote.

I initially rated this 5 stars. Original review is below. I was WRONG about the zipper. After a mere month of use, this lunch bag zipper lost a tooth. It could still zip most of the way, so I continued to use it. Two days later, the zipper came off. Looks can be deceiving. The zipper LOOKED sturdy. It was not.High quality neoprene! Thick material. It is roomy but folds compactly. This is higher quality than similar bags I've seen. The zipper is sturdy. Odor is minimal, nearly non existent.

Good bag.. our everyday lunch bag to work. got one in green for hubby & one in pink for me.. when you wash it , it becomes like brand new again!

Love how easy this bag can be cleaned!! Super cool design (camo is always cool for little boys). Large lunch bag allows his lunch totes to fit snugly on bottom (flat)--which means my son's food doesn't get all mixed up.

Great cooler for my work bookbag.

It's holding up okay for my son but he's not wanting to use it as much cause there has been a white slimey goo in the bottom. I've even washed it and hung it to dry and its still in there.

Great quality product, keeps my food and drinks cool or warm. It is thick and well made with good stitching.
