Not a Value-for-money Product, Better Avoid
I'm writing this review after using the set for roughly 3 months. I got the set from my regular stationery shop, from where I buy all my art supplies. The set includes following:3/4 Inch Wash (Flat) - Best brush out of the set, I have used it extensively in my art worksRound (#5) - Most used brush from the set, as it's a decent size to work on A4 size artwork. However, it doesn't hold a good point.Round (#0) - Used for detail work, but doesn't hold point.Rounf (#5/0) - For intricate detail workLiner (#2) - This is not used at all, and is still fresh in the set. Most of the liner work can be done by a combination of Round #5 and #0, hence this is a wasted inclusion in the set.Shader (#8 Flat) - Not much used, mostly you would end up using the #5 Round for most workShader (#2) - Very less used, except for some minor occassions. What I felt lacking in this brush set - I wish the round brushes would hold point, but they don't. Don't expect to paint a fine line with the #5, because it just doesn't have a point. Secondly, I wish there was a bigger size round/mop brush. If you talk to any good artist, they'd tell you the versatility of such a brush, that can do the wash work as well as detail work.Coming to the performance of the set. The build quality of the brushes is really good, and I love that wooden texture with golden combination. However, if you compare the price of this set versus the value you get out of each brush, I think the price would be exorbitant and the value derived would be minimal. I think you'd be better off buying some brushes individually based on your style of work, or you can go for some other brands like KabeerArt or Arora, where the brushes are of good quality but not as expensive as these imported ones.I would personally not recommend this set. There are better alternatives in the market.PS: Paintwork in all the attached artworks has been done using this brush set.

Fantastic Brush Selection
I just received these today, and couldn't wait to try them out--so I didn't wait! They are a wonderful set of brushes which I got for use with oil colors. When I used them, the first thing that I look for is whether all the hairs stay where they're supposed to, in the brush, and these did not fail the test. They also lay down the paints smoothly and are not too stiff, nor too soft. I particularly like the very fine brush because I do a lot of fine detail work, and this brush was actually the first I tested, to see how fine a line it could lay down. Fantastic! I love it. I shall get a lot of use out of these brushes and recommend them very highly to anyone who wants to use them for oil paints. I do not know how they would perform with other media because I keep different sets of brushes for watercolors and gouache, but I'd bet that these would be great with gouache also. Highly recommended.

An excellent
I am a fine art major in college, and I have been using brushes by Princeton & Brush Co. For almost 6 years. I use them for acrylic and watercolor work mostly, and they have never been a disappointment. Especially for the price of these brushes, they are a higher quality than some others I have used that are much more expensive. My only qualm with specifically these brushes is that the glue that sticks the brush to the handle will eventually come loose with enough use, but that isn't anything Hot Glue has never been able to fix. I've also noticed this happens faster if you leave the brushes in water after use, but if you take care of these brushes, they'll last you at least a year or two. I still have some that have been around for longer.
