Okay product, just didn't work as well for me as the one with the apple pectin does.

I take medications that have for a long time not allowed me a proper movement. 3 days later. In 2 years. Finally. Tried to make it Kosher. LOL It simply works...

These are a great alternative to drinking chunky water when you use psyllium husk powder. I'm tapering off a GLP-1 so I'm working on my gut health prior to discontinuing that medication. Adding fiber is a great way to do this. I don't have a problem swallowing pills so the size and quantity isn't an issue for me but may be for some. The suggestion of 2-3 capsules several times a day seems excessive. I started with 3 and all I'll say is I've seen good results. Definitely follow the instruction to drink at least 8 ounces of water when taking these because I can see how someone would easily choke on them. The price for the quantity of pills is reasonable. I'll definitely purchase this product again.

Please be aware item is not vegan/plant based. It contains gelatin, when I tried to return the item, it was considered non-returnable. It was unopened, I just wanted to return so I could purchase another psyllium husk that is vegan.

I take 2 every morning, and I have a bowel movement every day. Prior to taking this, I struggled with IBS symptoms and constipation. Definitely recommend this to those who struggle having healthy bowel movements.
