Great honey/syrup alternative
wasn't sure what to expect with this, but was pleasantly surprised. its consistency is a little bit runnier than honey, and just tastes exactly like syrup. very nice with some greek yogurt, for example. would recommend regardless of whether or not you're on keto etc, it's a genuinely great honey/syrup alternative.

Low in sugar, tastes lovely, a winner
Wasn't sure what to expect but this is a winner. Tastes lovely, very light and crucially for me its very low in sugar. Way less sugar than honey and other syrups than maple or agave. Plant-based which is an added bonus as I'm vegan. If I had a criticism, it would be the price for the single jar, but I've since started buying the twin pack, which is better value. A great option for keto too.

Good sweetener alternative
The syrup itself taste good and of the right consistency, however it came dent and leaking in the package quite a bit seep out so I had to transfer to a squeezy container, which would be a better option than the jar, wouldn’t have given 5 stars but the packaging loose a star, but I’m not put off as it’s a bonus in helping with my fibre intake and not too sweet either.

It does taste absolutely delicious and is 100% natural
I love it and pour it over porridge and pancakes. There’s nowhere near as much sweetness as in a sugar-based syrup but I didn’t expect that anyway. Just knowing that this is helping my gut with the fibre content and is relatively low in sugar is enough to encourage my child to eat it instead of sugar - and there are no complaints. I probably wouldn’t substitute it in cooking as the sweetness isn’t as pronounced but it’s lovely and delicious as a ‘topping’

High FODMAP
What a shame. I liked the product and thought I'd get it monthly. I know for Men it's healthy to have 35 grams of fibre per day. Was hoping this product ticked a couple of boxes being fibre and sweetener. Unfortunately gave me a severe gut/gas production reaction won't go into more details. I could eat anything when I was younger but it looks as if my body has altered, 54 soon. Hope people benefit from this product though even though I cannot 😕.

Substitute for honey
I’d seen this was recommended to use instead of honey and it is. Not quite as thick or sweet as honey and has a slightly more floral taste but it’s nice. Probably wouldn’t eat it on its own but it works perfectly as a substitute ingredient in recipes.

Keto but expensive
I wish this product was more accessible, it's a bit expensive as it's very small. The texture is similar to honey. The taste is good. Very cool for keto diets.
