First, I'm 5' petite and these fit fine; second, they are stretchy and don't need to be handled with extreme care (obviously, they could tear if you aren't careful, but they're strong and on/off in restroom isn't a problem); third, the patterns are pretty, unique, and garner a lot of attention.
