Can not stop the beeping @ 1 AM help

From the instruction pdf:Setting the ALARM is similar to setting TIME. Your watch model has three alarms. Follow below procedure to set each alarm.1. Press MODE repeatedly until ALM1, ALM2, or ALM3 appears. Select alarm you want to set.2. Press SET to set alarm.3. Hour digits flash. Press + or - to change hour.4. Press NEXT. Minute digits flash. Press + or - to change minutes.5. Press NEXT. If in 12-hour format, AM/PM flashes. Press + or - to change.6. Press NEXT. Press + or - to select DAILY, WEEKDAYS OR WEEKENDS.7. Press DONE to confirm and exit.8. Press Start/Split or Stop/Reset to arm or disarm alarm. When disarmed, OFF will be displayed. When armed, the alarm clock icon will appear.If that doesn't stop it respond to the comment.

Does it have dual time zones?

Yes it does, but it took me a while to figure out how to switch from one to the other. To see the alternate time zone you press Start/Split, and to make it stay on the display you hold that button down until the alternate time zone sticks. Handy for me because when I go from one coast to the other it's easy to remind myself what time it is back home.

Is this model waterproof

Yes I have been swimming many times wearing it I do not know whether it is waterproof at depth

Does the Indiglo light up the numbers, so they glow? Or does it backlight behind the numbers, so they look black?

The numbers are black, they glow with a green color when the button is pressed......Hope this helps....
