Amazing!
This USDA organic barley grass juice powder is wonderful. It's even more effective than I could have expected. Inflammation and pain are greatly reduced while energy and mood are extremely improved. I'm so grateful to have access to it. I began to experience these health benefits within the first couple of days. Everything has continued to improve with continued use. I do use quite a bit of it, though - about 4 or more tablespoons a day as I was in great need of help. It mixes quickly and well into water, too.

Happy with this Barley grass
Overall happy with this purchase. I got a detox reaction from it of slowed down digestion, but I took that as a good sign that it is helping my body. I contacted the company to ask if has gluten in it and they promptly replied. They use young barley grass that did not get to the stage where the seed sprouts which contains gluten. So no, it does not contain gluten. Happy with the price also.

Seems to help with exercise reco ery and energy
Seems to help with energy and recovery. I hike 5 times a week, 5.5 miles, 1700' gain. At 71 any help with energy to help recovery time is a huge benefit!!!
