The only brand that works
I only ordered one tube for my house because of how much money I have spent on so many products to get rid of them ants and I have never had any luck, but I was extremely impressed with the fact that one tube was enough to get the job done and it actually worked! My house is right under 2,000 square feet, I am in southern Louisiana where we get a ton of rain and always have to deal with ants. I have found the most affordable way that actually works and I am not seeing any ants anymore. The gel is easy to apply and mess free, protecting my dog from reaching it or my curious 5 year old son. I have used this brand for a different purpose (we had a few of them little roaches that came in my house) and it worked extremely fast and I saved so much money since I didn’t need to hire an exterminator. Wonderful brand that has never let me down

No more carpenter ants!
As soon as I found their entrance, I immediately put a pea size down and 30 minutes later they started feeding on it. I’ve been using this product for 5 years and works excellent. The first time I saw carpenter ants coming through the baseboards and cracks in the floor where I live, I decided to try this stuff because the ants just completely ignored and pushed the Terro baits and every other bait products I put down. I applied the gel (which was 5 years ago) and got rid of most of them in 3 days. They ate on it for 3 days and had to refill the stations about 3 times. Got some residuals after, but they were completely eradicated after a month, so patience is key, they are relentless! This kept them away for 5 years! I started applying it once a year to prevent them from coming back. Then a new colony found another way in and had to buy more and got the same results. I would recommend putting it directly in their entry and exit points (follow their trail so you can see where they coming from) so they have to eat it in order to get through, and prevents them from further invading the area, gets rid of them quicker! Some ants are not necessarily looking for food first, they forage first, especially for debris, so keep that in mind. Their diet may be protein based and not anything sweet, (keep that in mind as well) that’s why basic bait traps don’t work as well sometimes. The product itself is easy to use, no mess unless you put a lot down in areas where debris and traffic can get on it. It’s durable and won’t be buying any other product.

Don't waste your time, BUY NOW!!!
I can't lie. This works. And I don't leave reviews EVER .. but I tried the other one the Terro Gel I believe and it lured them out but never got rid of them. I used this. placed it around the counter floor where they come from .. I would say maybe a week or 2 no more than about 2 weeks.. I stopped seeing them .. and my son is PRONE to dropping food not the floor. It's very hot in LA .. and this when they come out. I see not 1 ant.

This appears to have been an easy fix for the ant problem
This works really well. I put a pea size blob into a plastic container, like the kind you get from a grocery store deli. And then I used a match and burned a hole near the bottom of the container on two sides. And I taped it shut with masking tape just two little pieces. Then I put a smaller blob inside an empty individual size box of raisins that had no raisins in it. I taped it shut, but left enough space on either side for ants to crawl in. Within four hours, I had about 100 dead ants. Some in the tub with the poison, some on the table and some on the floor. It’s been two days and I haven’t seen anymore ants. I hate to use pesticides and in general I try and avoid killing things, but these were biting ants and I didn’t have any choice. This was the best choice I could make. I thoroughly wiped the table and the floor afterwards with first soapy water then vinegar and then water to make sure that I had gotten rid of anything that the ants might have tracked out on their feet because I have a cat and I didn’t wanna run any risks.

Works Well for Killing Ants, But Hard to Tell if It Eliminates the Colony
This product definitely works in the sense that it kills ants very effectively. We have large red ants in our house, and after putting this down, I started seeing piles of dead ants around the windows and problem areas almost immediately. The ants are clearly attracted to it and continue coming back to feed on it. The reason I’m a little conflicted and not giving it a full 5 stars is because I originally thought the bait would mainly be carried back to the colony to slowly eliminate the queen and wipe out the source of the infestation. Instead, what I’ve personally observed is many ants eating the gel near the bait location and then dying in that same area rather than obviously transporting it back to the nest. Now to be fair, I have seen some ants dragging dead ants away, so something may still be happening behind the scenes, but after about a month of monitoring and reapplying bait, I still continue seeing new ants show up regularly. So it sometimes feels more like I’m continuously killing incoming ants instead of fully eliminating the root colony itself. Overall, I’d still say the product works well for attracting and killing ants, and there’s no question it’s effective in that regard. I’m just unsure how successful it truly is at completely wiping out the colony long-term.

Skip the Terro
After nearly three weeks of Terro with ants still returning in waves, I switched to Advion. They took to it immediately, and within about a week the infestation dropped from large swarms to only a few dying stragglers. Much more effective.

This stuff absolutely works. Life saver.
I’m not really want to write Reviews unless something is actually bad enough to wear. I feel compelled enough to let fellow buyers know about the product. This is really one of the first few products that was so good that I feel like they deserve a review although it’s clear that I think all of us are on the same boat when we say how effective and how great this product is. I had a pretty decently sized wave of ants coming to our apartment and it just felt like they were never gonna stop. They were getting into the kitchen cabinets which really would be a disaster. If I didn’t have this product astoundingly over the span of a week I stopped several long trails of ants. And really the trails cleaned up themselves where as opposed to if you had sprayed them with some dish soap or something, the old conventional way miraculously our cabinets are clean events as well without even having to actually scrape or do any awful sort of cleaning if we had sprayed and ever since the ants have never come back it was just amazing. Although this review isn’t really different from most fellow reviewers.. This company deserved my 5 stars. Would absolutely recommend.

Worked great for me
Saw it work (attract small outdoor ants and indoor sugar ants) within mins and the gel disappeared later! Ants didn't come back after 24 hrs of use. Our house has a problem with ants popping up few times a year here in pnw Oregon. So glad I found this stuff! Worked well to place gel under baseboard/carpet recently, or on high spots outside of house. It's annoying to take off the nozzle and cap it, but I use a q-tip (or tissue) to wipe inside of nozzle so it doesn't get dried and clogged. I do think it's beneficial to have a separate cap though. Also, this stuff seemed slightly more effective than other gel I purchased on Amazon.

Arrived in the Netherlands & Ants Love It
So far, so good. About 4 days in and I’m still seeing plenty of ants, but I believe I’m dealing with a very large colony. The ants are highly attracted to the bait and start feeding on it almost immediately. I’ve been applying small fresh drops in the morning and evening, and the number of ants seems to be gradually decreasing. It’s too early to judge the final result, but so far I’m impressed with how well they accept the bait. Shipping from the US to the Netherlands was also faster than expected. There was no tracking information at first, which had me worried, but it eventually arrived well packed and in good condition.

Ants are gone.
We used it for only a couple of days, and the ants are gone.

Is it ant food?
Simply didn't work. I feed the ants with this gel for 3 consecutive days. The ants ate all the gel every time and "asked" for more. Maybe the gel is ant food and they didn't explain it. Worthless as ant killer.
