I got the ring and bracelets too and this one is the best package. Each bracelet is individually wrapped. It can adjust to their tiny wrists too. It fit my 4 and 2 year old. I got the right number and they all seemed to work. Took a couple out for my sons and they each have 3 different modes for what I can tell: fast flash, slow flash and dim color change. I didn't not find a way to change the battery once it dies. One spinner a lot better than the other one but they all seemed to spin. The strong plastic smell is still very noticeable after a few weeks.More like cheap quarter machine toys than party favors.No stars if I could.
