Daily Gold Stress Relief – Natural Digestive and Ulcer Supplement for Horses

My horse has a marked change in personality upon the use of this powder. She's calmer and also more friendly. It's very effective for her. I mix with her pellets and she eats it with no problems. She also does not bite at her belly anymore. I am very happy with this product for her.

Bought this off a recommendation on a horse forum for my 2-year-old Shire/Paint filly. She doesn't have mood issues, stress or ulcers but has struggled with free fecal water since she was a yearling (normal manure but excess water before/during/after) and constantly had dirty hind legs and tail. (Top picture is how her legs looked before; bottom picture is after a month of Daily Gold). It took about a month to notice a difference, though package says 2 weeks, but IT WORKED! No more poop tail and splattered legs! It's definitely not the easiest to get down her- as other customers have noted, the texture is like gravel or chalk dust (it IS clay based); add water or applesauce and it turns to mud; top dress and it migrates to the bottom where it's ignored. I shake it in a scoop with grain and a splash of oil and she happily eats it. Texture aside, I'm on the 2nd bag and plan to keep buying it. It's cheaper, lasts longer, and is more effective than the expensive probiotic I was feeding before.

My horse was not eating as well as I would have liked. He's older and frequently loses weight over winter from lack of grazing but always puts it back on come spring. This year he didn't put the weight on had a loss of appetite even with hiqh quality feed, forage, and having his teeth floated. I tried other products such as probiotics, ulcer supplements, vitamins, etc, and nothing helped. One week on this and he was back to eating heartily and steadily gaining weight. I was giving it to him twice a day in his feed and he doesn't like the powder much but he gets enough feed that he will still finish it. He is down to just once a day now and still eating well and gaining weight.

Love the product. My horse eats it right up with her grain and has had noticeable differences in behavior. The only downside was the package arrived with small holes in it (probably caused during shipping since it came in a bag not a box) so the inside of the package and the bag itself were covered in the dust and clay

I got my horse late summer, he was so kind, cuddly, and an absolute sweet heart. After about a two months I noticed he would pin his ears & try to bite me when I went close to his stomach, and when I applied pressure to him while riding. (Sometimes he would even buck) My vet and I came to the conclusion that it was ulcers. I scoured the internet for things, because what I was recommended was wayyyy out of what I could afford. I found this and decided to give it a try, it has a great reviews, I have friends who use it, and it’s affordable! 2.5 months later, my horse is completely changed, way less more ear pinning, biting, all that. He’s much more calm when riding, and is coming back to his sweet heart nature. I would recommend this to ANYONE! Give it a try. My horse is VERY food driven and will eat anything.. so it didn’t phase him when I added it to his food… he’s a 15.3hh Tennessee walker, I give him about 3 scoops once a day. He’s on alfalfa pellets, and triple crown feed. I also give him 2 cups of alovera juice a day. This combo has seemed to work wonders.

I purchased this product to calm down and help relieve the stress of my mare. Due to a move some neighborhood kids would throw crawfish hole dirt clods at her and she had become really spooky. She had starting cribbing really bad and would jump at any sudden moves that I made and she never did that. After giving her the Redmond Stress Relief for a week I notice that she has calmed down with the spookiness. She gets closer to me and sometimes stand right in the way of me cleaning her stall....the cribbing has become less but I am going to get something to totally stop that so as to not damage her teeth more. She is more relaxed in her pen and when she is in her stall so I can honestly say....thus far i have seen a big change in her actions.

My 25 year old horse has ulcers and when they flare up he gets a really nasty attitude. In the winter he also gets pretty awful runs because he is on hay and has a hard time digesting it. Along with a senior feed, vitamin/mineral supplements, and other management strategies, I added this product to his feed. Within 2 days his movements became solid again and his general crankiness subsided. He doesn't like it, to be honest, and tries to throw his grain out of his feed bucket but I add it on top of the grain with some camelina oil drizzled on it so he's stuck eating it whether he likes it or not! I was super disappointed when I went to order more and couldn't find it on Amazon, or in local feed stores. I ended up ordering more from TSC to be shipped to store. I will never be without this product on hand again!

Very good product for those over anxious horses before shows or trailering to help with over active bowels. Works for our horses that need it. Wouldn’t go to a show without it.

Helped my mare considerable

I haven't had my horses on this long enough to see a difference but I can say they all eat it up no problem. Will update later.

Love this. It is a game changer. My thoroughbred was girthy, irritated by the slightest touch, whether brushing his belly, doing up his blanket or girth, he would always pin his ears and try to bite you. After starting him on Redmonds he is a different horse. His feet, coat, mood and overall condition have improved. Highly recommend!
