Tastes just like NY pizzeria slices. Airy, crunchy, not sourdough tasting
OMG this dough is sooooo gooooood. I am not good at all when it comes to the shaping and my first attempt ended up in just a ball but I don’t care. Cut that up and made mini breadsticks for dipping or cheese bread. Second and third attempt was better. Cooks evenly on Hexclad pizza steel with an Artisan pizza steel on the rack above to help cook the toppings and melt the cheese. Do yourself a favor and get the bigger dough balls as I think they would be easier to work with and stretch. Comes with instructions on how to proof but YouTube college has other ways as well. Can’t wait to cook with this again. Arrived in a styrofoam cooler with ice packs here in Nebraska. Couple balls were soft but not thawed. Easy to unwrap for proofing as well.

Absolutely amazing pizza dough!
This pizza dough is absolutely AMAZING! My package came and was still frozen. I popped 4 into the fridge and the rest into the freezer. I left the 4 in the frig for 48 house and then put two in glass bowls and two I put in plastic proofing container with towel over them. It's better to use glass bowls. It rises like it is supposed to after 6 (glass) to 8 (plastic) hours. The plastic container took longer. The first pizza burned in my brand new pizza oven, this is operator error LOL but the other 3 pizza's came out absolutely delicious. This pizza dough is absolutely amazing. I am in love with it. The taste is like nothing you have ever had from a pizza place or store bought pizza. I have already ordered another box of 10. Everyone absolutely loved it. Thank you so much Frank and Sal.

Meh for the price.
Meh for the price. If it wasn't so expensive I'd be happier. The dough had chunks of dried dough in it from not cleaning the mixing equipment. It was easy to work with and had a good (but not great) taste and chew. I like DeLallo Italian Pizza Dough Kit Mix (which makes two dough balls).
