lightweight with sliding pins to hold into the fabric cubicle panel. You could remove the pins for a screw mounted installation. It doesn't lay completely flat against the wall, so it would be easier to knock it off (hasn't happened yet, but I would have given a 5 star rating if it laid flat against the panel).

For use in an office, they withstand lots of falls and people messing with them switching out the names and such. The hooks on the back are tough to keep on sometimes.
