I had a bit of a mishap with Carote when the first pan I ordered turned out to be not compatible with induction tops. Something down to combined listings and misdirected responses etcetera. But I really liked the look and feel of the product, so I located the correct pan and ordered again, hoping to not go from the frying pan into the fire. I didn't. Turns out, the surface finish is scary good. It seems resistant to a bachelor's vigorous overtures both while cooking and cleaning it. I try to ensure it cools down sufficiently before pouring water on it and giving it a plain rinse with just the hands and water before the soap stage. I've managed to evade any mishaps and the pan maintains its non-stick performance quite well. The pan gets used almost daily (5 days/week) for eggs over easy and grilled shrooms, and I get the perfect cooked yolk with no bleeding, and beautifully browned mushrooms at extremely low heat levels and less than a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. I wouldn't hesitate to call it the best pan I've ever used so far, the only question is durability. If I have any complaint it is that the coating does not transfer heat all that well and loses it faster than I'm used to. But that's a minor niggle, I just need one more level of heat than the Amazon pan I was using before this.

amazing product, just go for it. uses minimal oil and the used oil can be poured back since it doesn't stick on to the pan. just lightly rinse with hand and soap water and pat dry. donot use any hard scrub or non stick spoon, only use the silicon spatula. follow all this and you will have a amazing non stick pan that last really long. its so good that you can apply a little oil with a brush to the pan and you can fry a sunny side up egg. really amazing just go for it.

There are zillion non stick pans available in the market but this one also stands out because it's very nice is good quality I will using it for a while and you would want to order the bigger size because the smaller one doesn't make sense because it just can't fry 2 eggs at the same time. Also well because it's too small. It's of good quality and worth the money

So far, I have bought 5 (five) CAROTE frying pans, 3 (three) Round bottom Pots with SS lid, 1 (one) CAROTE Kadai with glass lid and a set of 3 (three) CAROTE kitchen knives. They are so delightful to use. The feel-good-look-good factor is A+. Just go for it. You will be happy (like me) that you made a good decision to buy the best.

The product a bit costlier than popular Frying Pan available in the market. It is indeed an asset, especially I have already used other company product, and all those come a distant second or third except of course in price. But other supreme features of Carote, and its craftsmanship is simply superb which more than make up the extra buck we spend on it. Would go for more products from Carote

Three star only for the build quality. All the non stick material ended up in my stomach. It has gone bald now. Reviewing after extensive use for more than three years. Look at the picture I am sharing then decide, wheather to buy or not. Made up of aluminium.

Carote non stick pan are excellent if they are only used for eggs and pasta don't try using them for making fried rice of milky sweet dish. You may end up making mess as pan is some time super sticky.
