What is the code to open the lock?** A: Mine arrived locked too, I tried everything to open. Eventually after starting at 000, 629 tries at the combination later it finally popped open. So I returned it and now thinking if I should just get the 28 inches. **Q: How I unlock it if forgot password??** A: Only issue with suitcase was no instructions on setting combo. BUT called Samsonite and were so helpful. Use a pen tip to push in the lil divot inbetween dials and lock. Reset.
