Incredible! I was soaking through breast pads before I brought these. Very easy to clean and the quality is amazing. I was able to collect 8oz of milk that would’ve gone to waste and turn the milk into a lotion for my babies eczema. Very comfortable to the point I’d forget I’m wearing them. I’d fall asleep wearing them by mistake and no milk would leak out of them. Very discreet in a bra. 10/10 for these!

I got these as breasts pads were not efficient in the early postpartum days! These were great at catching high quantities of milk.

Much better than the bulky haakaa passive milk collectors. I wore these 24/7 for the first 6-8 weeks after having my first baby as I had severe leaking which breast pads could not keep up. By far the best product of it's kind. I ordered another pair after having my 2nd baby as I misplaced my old ones. Very discreet and easy to clean. Highly recommend.

Really handy and comfortable to use, especially for catching let-down while feeding on the other side. It’s discreet and easy to wear, and I love that it prevents milk from going to waste. The only downside is that it can feel a bit fiddly to position and I’ve had the occasional small leak if not placed just right. Overall, very useful and convenient — just not completely perfect.

I’d have to change my kid’s clothes after every feed because the side I wasn’t feeding from would just leak all over them. I was using a Hakka but it kept getting in the way. I literally bought these yesterday and came to write a review now because these are a game changer. No leaking, baby is dry. Last night’s feed was a dream! I was worried they’d leak because there’s no suction but I just tightened my bra straps and I’ve had no issues. So easy to clean because there’s just two bits. I’ve been throwing the excess but I’ve been keeping track today and I could have saved 5oz by midday today. I was a 38B before and probably about a 38C/D now and they fit perfectly in my bra and you can’t tell they’re there. Highly, highly recommend!

I am 9 days post-partum with my first baby and I didn’t know that breasts would leak so much! Breast pads were getting soaked too quickly and my midwife suggested I got ‘nipple shells’. There are so many on Amazon and so many conflicting reviews with some people saying how great they are and others finding flaws. However I came across these Elvie ones (which I knew was a good brand) and noticed there were a lot of good reviews. I thought I’d give it a go. These literally arrived this morning and I’m already writing a review saying how great they are! They are a hard shell on the outside with a soft silicone inside that sits against the breast with a hole for the nipple. There isn’t any suction, they just sit in your bra and collect the milk. So as long as your bras is fitted, they slot in nicely and don’t move about. It’s also a great rest for my nipples as breast pads were getting soggy and also sore from rubbing. They are also a nice shape and you can’t tell you have them in your bra at all! 100% worth getting and I feel like a new woman already as not having soggy bras and tops. Hope this helps those who are searching like I was.

No leak but just if there is not too much milk. It's unpractical if you need to breastfeed nights. You will have to make sure not to split the milk when taking them off while a crying baby is waking up the family. If you need to use it when you're out and can (or remember) to empty it regularly it's okay. But still if you are BF it cannot stand by itself very well. It often spils. It's very good if you have cracked nipples. It protects them very well! When wearing it's very discreet and easy to clean. Depends on what you want to use it for it might be too expensive or not the right product for you.

Cannot recommend enough these are so good and easy to put on and carry around not to mention wash and clean. Have helped avoid having to wash nursing bras constantly

My doctor recommended the hakaa one, but I decided to do my research and I read a detailed positive review here so decided to get the elvie and I’m so glad I did! Super easy to use and finally done with leaking the whole time and having to change my clothes 10x a day lol, not really noticeable under the bra and you definitely don’t feel them

Très bon produit, j’aime beaucoup la colorette en silicone qui permet un placement optimal qui ne bouge pas. il ne se voit pas dans le soutien-gorge. le petit plus: la boîte design où on a l’impression d’acheter un petit bijou, une manière de se faire plaisir avec l’allaitement. Je recommande!

Facili da usare e di ottima fattura. Li uso per raccogliere le perdite dal lato opposto rispetto a dove si attacca il mio bimbo e mi permette di non sporcarmi ma anche di raccogliere il latte per futuri utilizzi!

I absolutely LOVE these! This is a great way to catch and use your dripping milk for baby instead of using pads that absorb the milk, then have to throw away after. I'm currently breastfeeding and this has saved me so much money, they are comfortable and discreet under clothing. I would highly recommend giving this a try, I wish I knew about it earlier with my first baby.
