The teal‑toned paint applies very smoothly and provides excellent coverage, noticeably better than standard acrylics. The 8‑oz size is well‑suited for a furniture project, offering plenty of product. Because it’s water‑soluble, easy to rinse out brushes, cleanup is quick and easy. The overall quality of the paint is impressive, delivering a rich, even finish and a smooth surface. It’s easy to work with and mix or blend with other colors. Compatible with water‑based polyacrylic, which can be applied after the chalk paint is thoroughly dry, to add durability and protect the final finish.

Was worried about ordering this paint, after reading a few bad reviews. However, those fears were unfounded. No leakage. The bottle had a seal on it, so it couldn't leak. No mold or smell. Nice and creamy texture, no lumps. Went on smooth, with great coverage on just one coat. Great deal for the price!

This is a really good paint that has really good coverage. The below pic is a before and after, I did a light sand first, just to be sure, but it covered great and has a really nice color to it.

This is great chalk paint! It dries fast and doesn't need a top coat. I did use one but it seemed unnecessary, this paint adheres perfectly to wood, laminate surface and metal. I've been repainting tables and cabinets with several colors and been very happy with the coverage and mostly happy with the colors. This wasn't obvious in the listing but "willow mist" is a perfect light pink. I repainted bathroom cabinets with it and used it to stencil over the Sage green paint on shelving (in photo). The Sage is a nice subtle old fashioned, antique pale green and the Turkish Tile is a lovely darker blue that leans teal. The weirder color is the Oatmeal, it's basically a pale green. It's okay as an accent color but it wasn't what I expected as a main color. I did try the Country Chic brand and their colors were dull and ugly in person and twice as expensive as Folk Art, so I believe this was a great choice.

I bought this to refinish an old glass front cabinet. I love how the paint went on very easily, I didn't sand anything but a couple scratches before I started. I used mostly foam brushes on the larger areas and small paint brushes for the small areas. Both worked well and clean up was very easy - just rinse with water. I'm giving 4 stars because the color was not at all what I was hoping for. I purchased Nautical hoping for a deep, rich navy - based on the color chart, and question and answer asked by another customer looking for a deep navy and they were recommended Nautical. It came out as more of a slightly dark royal blue. The color is very pretty, but not what I was after. Overall, I would definitely buy this brand of chalk paint again, but maybe after I test the color with a smaller bottle to be sure the color is what I want. On to the packaging - in short it was a bit of a disaster. When I opened the Amazon box everything was covered in blue paint. Thank goodness none of my other items were damaged and I had enough to finish my project.

This was my first time chalk painting. I ordered this product and did a very old table that had seen the hard years. This paint went on so smoothly. I cannot wait until my next project. I did the beeswax for a sealer and it went on so well also,. I will order more of this product.

This chalk paint is an absolute game changer! Totally easy to apply! I gave my dresser two coats as suggested. It completely covered it and plus I only needed one jar of the chalk paint! The color is perfect by itself. But, with this particular dresser I did blend the cottage white with a little bit of oatmeal.

Absolutely love this paint the ease of application and the end result. Sage Shadow is the perfect shade for my toddlers bookshelf in her room just adds a sweet little whimsical moment. It did take 3 coats to get full coverage the first coat was almost completely transparent but after letting that dry and following up it is perfection.

Es incredible! con solo dos pude pintar todos los muebles de la sala y 2 dormitorios 11 piezas de madera en total. Disuelve en agua y muy fácil de limpiar. Después de lijarlo a su gusto, aplique barniz polycrylic mate a base de agua. Si consigues este producto para exteriores, no necesitas agregar el barniz al final.

Using this paint to create dual tone distressed look for wall shelves. Loading picture without sanding. Have used this shade over a crimson pink acrylic paint. Excellent coverage No odor. Great texture
