The main feature of Gardini Hot Chocolate is the absence of starch. Indeed, it is composed of only pure chocolate, with the addition of a little cocoa and sugar. Cocoa butter contained into the chocolate gives the blend density when consumed hot, while the absence of any thickening allows to have a cold smooth and refreshing drink at the same time. Their classic blend received the Bronze Medal, category chocolate blends, during the prestigious international competition Chocolate Awards London 2011. Gardini is a family business that began in the 50s with a bakery and pastry shop, and generations later is focused primarily on chocolate production available in Italy, Europe and the US.
