Front wheel and handle bar alone assembly is not easy. And the instruction that comes with the product is not clear at all

No You don't need a kick stand until the training wheels come off. There's a center hole for a standard type and other other after market models that will work just fine for under $20.

Does this bike have coaster brakes and caliper front brake?

Yes, it has both. Hopefully you get all the parts to the bike tho...parts were missing to the one I purchased and when I reached out to Amazon they never responded. Good luck
