I take a five-mile leisure walk with my dog almost every day for exercise. I already wear shoe inserts, but I needed additional support for my baby toe, which would often become irritated and sometimes even bleed after my longer walks, forcing me to take a rest day. My first toe separator worked well once it was in place, but it was difficult to keep it positioned while putting on my socks. This toe spacer solved that problem because the built-in ring slips over the toe and holds it securely in place, making it much easier to put on socks and shoes. Since using this product, my baby toe no longer hurts or bleeds after my walks, and I haven’t had to take any more forced rest days. For anyone needing extra support for a pinky toe that rubs or overlaps, this has been a simple and effective solution.

The product itself was certainly comfortable and versatile as far as being able to use it on multiple toes and position it so many ways depending on what you’re trying to achieve (my toe was starting to press against another and rub against my shoe differently, causing pain and I wanted to work on straightening it back out). But the reality is, they don’t conceal well within a tennis shoe or other casual everyday shoes because of the bulk, at least with the medium size, so it didn’t end up being a usable option for me. The design, as far as comfort, is excellent, but for functionality in everyday life, unless the person using them is mostly or totally immobile, this style of toe spacer doesn’t cut it.

These are perfect! I didn’t want them to show in my sandals so I cut them in half. The half provides just enough separation of my arthritic toes and it doesn’t show in my sandals! A winner.

Might work for someone else but didn't for me. Was soft enough but just didn't feel right.

This spacer has made such a difference in my toes. It was getting painful to walk, and my big toe was trying to go under my 2nd toe, but this spacer aligns my big toe. I've had bunion surgery in 1992 and my left foot they only scraped my bone on it and it is giving me more issues recently. This spacer is truly amazing and I'm hoping it will delay any surgery that will eventually be needed. I leave it on all day and sleep with it as well. I haven't worn it in a tennis shoe but I'm sure it will be just fine. It has made such a difference in my walking and standing.

As others have mentioned in reviews, these things are hit and miss. First, there are no instructions on how to put them on so I had to Google/YouTube to find that out. Also, getting them on is kind of tricky because they roll as you slide them on. Once in place, they do provide good separation between the pinky and ring toe. However, if you put anything on your feet i.e. shoes, socks, sandals, the spacers tend to slide and/or roll around on the toe. Moreover, you can't really tell from "feel" whether they are "flat or rolled" once on the toe. So, you have to try to feel them to make sure they are mounted correctly. I understand why they are made so soft but a little more firm would be better. I probably won't buy anymore of these.

Years old broken toe causing pain and discomfort. It has only been a few weeks and it is surprising that already results have started to be seen and results felt so soon after purchase! Followed manufacturer’s suggestion to gradually increase wear time - no discomfort ( suggest doing same!). Consistency is key. Fortunately these are comfortable enough to wear for extended periods and are now barely noticeable. Pain has lessened and there is actually visible space between the toes now. I would recommend these without hesitation.

The toe holes looked too small when these arrived compared to the ones I was used to but I needent have worried as they stretched and fitted my toe well. I wear one 24 /7 and when I go for a 6 kilometer run every day. I only take it off when I shower every day which is when I wash it as well. They are quite comfortable when you get used to them.
