I love sugar anything sugar. I can’t control myself when going to the market. I buy and can finish the bags of candy’s real fast. Especially Trader Joe’s their gummy’s are delicious. I bought these pills that taste really strong last year. It helped but not as much as I wanted. I now took them again a year later since, I have gained so much and I didn’t have control embarrassed by my looks, feeling depressed because I can’t control myself. I started taking these a month ago again. I cut them in half and take two other pills cause I realize with my bad eating habits, I don’t get enough nutrition. That why my cravings are so strong it’s a visual circle. I have not craved sugar since taking these pills. My daughter had her bday party there was all kinds of candy around and I haven’t touched a thing. I can go to the market without taking gummy’s home. I am so happy. I can’t wait for this winter to wear my boots that I couldn’t close anymore and for next summer when I can finally feel comfortable at the beach again.

So after reading all the reviews here, I decided to try them! I waited a month before writing a review. My verdict is they have helped me a great deal! When I first started, my reading were 280-300. Very high! I would wake up in the mornings with a high reading. I was getting frustrated because nothing was helping. I already take 1000 mg in the morning and again at night of Metformin. Then my doctor wanted to start me on other medication on top of this! Eye opener! I’m eating smaller portions and drink my Glucerna milkshake in the morning for a meal replacement then I take 2 of of the Organic GYMNEMA in the morning then I take 2 at night before bed with my metformin. It now is at 222! Yea, it’s still pretty high but it has dropped from close to 300! I just ordered more. You do get 2 bottles which is great! I’m also loosing weight! Helps carve my eating. I will continue this product and make small changes in my eating habits.I have faith that I will continue to loose the weight and faith that my sugar levels will also drop even more. Remember, small changes are BIG changes in your body! Then go on to another small change. You’ll get there! I recommend this product 100%.

after taking it, the effects don’t start working till about thirty minutes to forty five minutes.I will say they do alter the taste of sugar to make you not want to eat it however, it passes after 30 minutes and you’re right back to square one. I take mine before I eat, so I don’t crave sweets afterwards because that’s when I tend to crave sweets. I wish it worked faster so that way when a craving hit, I could take it and it would work. If I take it and eat something sweet before the 30 to 45 minute window it does not alter the taste and I will devour my sweets. If I wait 30 to 45 minute window and then taste my sweets I can’t taste anything at all, which makes me not want to eat it therefore making it work wonderfully at that time.

Good product for holding and sometimes lowering blood sugar.
